Welcome to the Pencil Playhouse
At The Pencil Playhouse, we are dedicated to creating a nurturing, stimulating and welcoming environment for all children.
We are a licensed home daycare and Preschool providing quality care and kindergarten readiness for infants 6 weeks to 12 years.
Our unique programs incorporate a variety of educational theories, while always keeping the child’s best interest in mind and allowing for hands-on, experiential learning.

Literacy
Discovering a world of ways to communicate
Early literacy is an essential part of your child’s life. As early as 6 weeks old our students are introduced to read alouds, poems, and songs which aid in the development of their oral language skills, vocabulary, and phonetic awareness.
Nutritious Dining Experience
The balanced nutrition your child needs to learn and grow
Research shows that practicing family-style dining enhances social skills, table manners, and increases conversation techniques. Our nutritious dining program is designed to:

Ms. Julie has over 20 years experience working in the field of education. She is a dedicated educator and child care provided.
